Who is Matteo Flora?

Hacker and Adjunct Professor in “Corporate Reputation and Storytelling” at the Economics Faculty of the University of Pavia, in 2008 founded and still co-directs The Fool, the Leading European Company in Data Driven Reputation, and in 2018 co-founded LT42, the Italian Legal-Tech Company. Through these companies Matteo helps Leaders, Corporations and Organisations to best express and protect their Reputation and their Strategic Positioning.

Member of the Board of Directors of UK based Right of Reply (ROR), Sole Director of Samadhi Technology Holding, Angel Investor and Mentor for various Incubators including LUISS Enlabs, in 2012 Matteo was selected by the United States Congress under Obama administration as one of the “Future Leaders” for the international IVLP Program.

Co-founder of the Hermes-Center for Transparency and Digital Human Rights, former Director of the italian Computer Society’s Privacy and Security Observatory, he is a consultant to the European Council on anti-Propaganda Online issues together with UNAR, and has been a consultant in the most important controversies for the European IP Law (including Mediaset/Google, ThePirateBay, RojaDirecta, Yahoo) and for the protection of the Reputation, quantifying and analysing the Reputational and Economic Damage suffered by parties with innovative methodologies that over the years have become the de-facto standard.

International Keynote Panelist – appreciated among others by Facebook inc, ABI, Chamber of Deputies, Ferrero, Accenture, Wired, Mediobanca, Novartis, RedBull, Confindustria, Generali and Red Cross – repeatedly TEDx Speaker on issues of Online Propaganda and Advertising issues, Matteo helps Organisations and Corporate to communicate effectively with the various StakeHolders on Digital Security, Innovation, Digital Transformation and Reputation.

He is also a lecturer in Brand Reputation at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan, IED lecturer in Brand Reputation and former lecturer in the Sole24ore Masters, the Bocconi Business School and several more Master Programs, such the one in Economic and Financial Intelligence at Tor Vergata.

He is anchorman of an appreciated and easygoing video-blog called “Ciao, Internet!” with over 10M of views to his credit.

In his everyday life, Matteo is Strategic Consultant (including Personal Consultant) for Corporate Leaders and large Clients, working alongside the Board of Directors and/or Top Managers with his own expertise and that of his Companies to help them achieve their Strategic Objectives.

He still does not know how to play the piano, still do not use personal means of transport burning fossil fuels, Vegan for ethics, Buddhist for conviction and NERD. =)
